Polyfab supplies canopy protection covers to protect table and wine grapes from rain damage, horticultural igloo covers to the flower and vegetable industry, anti bird netting, weed control and wind protection fabrics, and oyster shade fabrics to protect young oysters on the Hawkesbury River system in New South Wales. Polyfab's involvement in the civil/local government building industry, includes reinforced concrete underlay, scaffold protection and soil stabilisation for embankments and reclamation areas around beach resorts and sand dunes. Polyfab's latest developments include reinforcement scrims used in the lamination of Aluminium insulation foil, for roof and wall cladding into the building industry, and their new Flame Retardant Shadecloth. Polyfab also imports products from a number of its factories throughout South East Asia, UK, and Korea. Preference is given to suppliers who have gained Quality Assurance Approval to ISO 2002. Barry Jamieson joined Polyfab as General Manager/Director in August 1996.
